Our garlic biltong is created from premium silverside or topside beef and marinated in a blend of pre-mixed Crown National spices imported directly from South Africa.
Garlic biltong comes medium/wet. The wet biltong is soft and tender, whilst the dryer is great for those who prefer it a little more chewy. Our garlic biltong is a bit in between.
It might be good to know that you can freeze biltong too, so there’s no concern if you over-order.
