1. All products on this website are handmade and may contain minor imperfections in the tradition of African Hand Crafts.
2. When ordering products of the same type, no two products will be identical in look, size or weight however they will all be of the general theme advertised.
3. The image on the website may not be identical to the product you receive due to the nature of African Hand crafts. 4. First class delivery is for orders up to 2kg. Second class signed for service can take 2-3 days and is used for orders between 1kg- 2kg. For orders over 2kg, DHL tracked service will be used. 5. DHL TRACKED: Orders will take 1-2 dayS to arrive after dispatch, not from when the order was placed and can only be sent Monday-Wednesday. (NO WEKEND COLLECTIONS & DELIVERIES). PLEASE NOTE - We cannot be held liable when a delay occurs! 95% of deliveries will arrive next day, but due to road accidents, weather and other extenuating circumstances - we cannot guarantee you will receive your parcel Next Day. 6. Just a Taste of Africa will not be held liable for late deliveries.
